Challenge
All customers are asked to complete a satisfaction survey 30 days after their smart-living system is installed. The primary question used to assess satisfaction is: How likely are you to recommend Daily Domotics to a friend?
Recent data showed that customer survey satisfaction scores were much lower for customers who worked with third-party technicians compared to directly with Daily Domotics technicians.
Solution
I met with stakeholders and conducted research to define a plan for how to resolve Daily Domotics' low customer-satisfaction scores.

Results
I wrote a proposal aimed that outlined how to conduct an effective needs assessment to determine why customer satisfaction scores were lower for third-party installations. The proposal also suggested actions to take to determine how to raise scores by about 20% to align with the customer-satisfaction scores reports for Daily Domotics installations.
