Challenge
Benefitfocus customers who elect training must enroll in courses through the Benefitfocus University Training website, powered by the Absorb Learning Management System (LMS). The initial design was a templated solution, which excluded branding and customization and resulted in less-than-ideal site navigation.
Solution
When Absorb rolled out a more customizable user interface, I took the initiative to add branding and improve the user interface functionality.
Components of the website I designed were:

Branded login and landing pages

Banners within the header to advertise prominent course offerings

Course catalog that included custom icons and images to represent the types of training
Absorb Learning Management System (LMS), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Results
Customer satisfaction scores improved by 30% because customers were able to more easily navigate the site and experience the Benefitfocus University brand.
